What goals do you have right now? What is that one thing you're working toward?
Maybe it's a workout goal at the gym or on the treadmill at your home. Think about how it's so easy to get lazy and either give up or just be inconsistent.
For me, I love to play in the mountains where I live. But I have to stay in shape if I really want to enjoy hiking and camping in Alaska's backcountry! Little secret, I suck at consistency with this often.
The battle comes down to a mindset game. Developing a consistent No Excuses mindset will shape your stubbornness to work toward your goals.
Now, maybe your goal is something more like becoming more healthy overall or overcoming some life-dominating struggle like addiction. Working toward recovery takes a fierce stubbornness to keep after it. Keep moving toward those goals with everything you have and ultimately the strength God gives!
